Roland Opens Manufacturing Base in Malaysia
Roland launched Roland Manufacturing Malaysia, a 100% owned manufacturing company, in the Industrial Park in Selangor, Malaysia in November 2014, and started full-scale operation recently. For the time being, it manufactures 8,000 digital pianos and 10,000 guitar amps by 60 workers monthly. Production lines will be expanded in the near future to include digital drums and synthesizers.

2015 First Half Term Music Products Retail Market Survey
As we have done annually at this time of year, Japan Music Trades conducted a retail market survey submitting a questionnaire to 52 music retailers throughout Japan.
Music retailers experienced somewhat stagnant market affected by consumption tax hike in April last year. Consumers rushed to the stores for last minute buy before April. Then, demands disappeared, and poor sales lasted longer than expected.

Music Park 2015 Takes Place in November

Roland Offers Sound System for Electric Vehicles
