Good Design Grand Award to Yamaha Venova

Yamaha Venova casual type wind instruments won Good Design Grand Award 2017. Yamaha has won 280 Good Design awards since 1957. Selected among 4,905 products applied this year, it is the first musical instrument with the Grand Award bestowed in Yamaha’s history.
The past recipients of the Grand Award include Toyota Prius in 2003 and Dyson Air Multiplier in 2010.

Also Yamaha New Music Education Method (New Song Creation Method for Pupils of Elementary/Junior High schools with VOCALOID for Education) won Good Design Special Award-Design for the Future. Asia Design Grand Award was given to Yamaha VEV electric violin, which is highly acclaimed for its beautiful, innovative and steric design. Yamaha won 4 Asian Design Grand Awards  before.
