Korg Refurnishes G-ROKS Shimotakaido, Tokyo

korg-builMusic studio “G-Roks Shimotakaido”, managed by Korg, reopened on April 8, 2016 after 10 years of operation. This facility was originally used as a headquarters of Korg. In 2006, it was remodeled into a music studio for professionals and high-end amateurs. Basic feature of the studio have been maintained while changing the design of the exterior and interior for chic and luxe atmosphere.


keybordsThe largest size of Studio 1 measures about 230 square meters, and four other studios are available. In particular, the ‘80s Room is a topic of attention being equipped with musical instruments made in the ‘80s, such as the Fender Rhodes Student Model, Korg BX-3, Yamaha CP-80MIDI, Sequential Circuit Profet-5, etc., which can all be rented at 100 per hour.


Korg-Studio1Top level installation including the ‘80s Room and the ability to rent high-end instruments are what only a studio associated with a musical instrument maker can provide, and should generate a great deal of interest.
